SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO 90/1 TO 8 AND P-63/1 TO 4 (OR MD ACCN) AT NAR BAHADUR ENCLAVE OF MH UNDER GE WEST JABALPUR

Taking down cement plaster / terrazzo of any description thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete including removal of debries outside MD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 using with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .( Note:- WPC measured and paid saperately)

M&L 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces, ceiling etc finished surface Even and Smooth, without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layers, first layer of 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 & second layer of 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 & including wire netting of galvanized steel wire 0.91mm dia and mesh size 12mm placed in walls before plaster layers and fixed with tinned tack or wire stapled where required including taking down of loose /bulsing surafces of plastered or concrete as in chajjas, beam balcony fins etc to make to original shape at any height to repair chajjas, beam balcony fins,wall surface etc in multistoreyed buildings, top layer of plaster finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete including cleaning and preparation of existing RCC surfaces finish the existing surface by applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each layer of plaster shall be done separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacces and applying three coat of white wash as in ceilling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of internal wall and applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall plastered surfaceover primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of painted surfaces incl preparation of old undecorated surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces incl preparation of old undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distempered over 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall over priming surafce complete all as specified and directed
