| 7 | Labour and transportation charges for major overhauling of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA after dismantling of transformer core assembly, lifting up of HT/LT winding and draining out of existing transformer oil, hot oil jet cleaning of all components inside the tank, replacing of wornout or damaged components, rewinding of HT/LT coils complete with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper solid conductor wound in the shape of helical/disc/cylindrical/cross over or as per existing to generate maximum MMF and insulation of winding wrapped with kraft paper/press board etc and measuring IR (Insulation Resistance) value, carrying out turn ratio test at workshop, treating the oil, wrapping cotton insulating taps (insulating materials shall be of class A type to withstand 105 degree celsius temperature), re-assembling of transformer after building core plates and rewinding of coils, testing of copper loss, iron loss, core loss, insulation test of all HT/LT windings, topping up of transformer oil, testing of di-electric strength of transformer oil and achieving upto 40 KV to 60 KV, repairing of tank body, denting/painting of full body after preparation and 2 coats zinc chromite primer + 2 coats anti corrosive synthetic enemel paint over the body by using spary gun and compressor all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note : The following shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates :-
(i) All kind of transportation charge, hydra/lifting vehicle, suitable technician/labour etc from site to Sri Vijaya Puram and back to site complete. (ii) All the materials such as Copper winding wire, insulating papers, core plates, assembling accessories etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Drain out and filling up of oil includes topping up of addl oil upto conservator level and dehumidification complete. | 2 | Each Job | - | - |
