Job involves repairs/maintenance of pumpno. 2, 3&5 by way of dismantling the pumping unit by removing the upper half casing after opening the studs, nuts, bolts and other accessories and subsequently extracting out the rotating assembly from the lower casing and thereafter clearing the silt/ accumulated in the casing and impeller section. Fitting of 01 no. new sleeve nut to pump no. 5 in place of damaged one. Greasing the bearings at both ends and other parts. P/F of gland packing and oil paper gasket of the same size as per sample and closing the top cover by P/F of new studs along with nuts in place of damaged ones. Coupling of the pump with the prime mover with nuts bolts and bushes after making proper alignment and testing the unit on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage charges etc. (Complete Job)Fabrication/providing and fitting of coupling bolts along with spacer washer and nuts and rubber bushes for coupling of pumping machinery to unit no. 1,3 & 4 (as per sample provided by the department) by way of turning and finishing of round rod (material as per sample) on Lathe machine and making threads as per sample. Rubber bushes as per sample having brass material internal surface. Complete set having 12 nos. coupling bolts and bushes (Total = 36 No. Nut, Bolt with bushes set). Complete job includes cost of material and fabrication charges, transportation charges and all kind of taxes thereof.Repairs to 03 nos. 250 mm dia sluice valve (1, 4 &6) inside the pump house at LIS Raya by way of dismantling the sluice valve and removing wheel along with spindle, spindle supporting top collar, flap holding wedge, flap ring nuts and bolts etc. cleaning the valve from inside and outside. Rebuilding the vertical spindle shaft by welding turning and threading to requisite shape and size. P/F flap holding wedge and flap ring on both sides, high tensile nuts and bolts. Assembling the sluice valve using new items in place of old and damaged. Top body cover is fitted using high quality packing and adhesive and high tensile nuts and bolts of body and flanges. Job also involves repair to cracked / damaged stuffing box of 250 mm sluice valve of bye pass arrangement no. 1 by welding with suitable welding electrodes and finishing it to required shape and size. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges including charges for tools and tackles required for execution of job.
