Providing & fixing of ISMC 75x40x6mm Channel iron cross arms for x-mer frame- 8 Nos @16.5 kg each 8' long including Nuts & Bolts

Supplying and erection of MS Channel “V’ cross-arm (75 x 40x6mm) with MS Angle Pole Top Bracket (50x50x6 mm) including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole [email protected] kg each

Supplying and fixing of pole Earthing Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip(25x3 mm) to each HT pole including supply and welding of GI channel 70x40x150 mm on pole for earth connection

Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint as per Standards. This also includes numbering of ploes with paint, submission of Pre and Post Execution photographs duly anthenticated by AEE concrened.

Providing & fixing of Soldress Clamp for 63KVA DT as per standards

Providing & fixing of LT Shackles Insulator with GI mukhi clamps including nuts & bolts

Supply, laying of 120 mmsq Single Core XLPE, FRLS unaroumed Cable

Supplying and fixing of 3 No. sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm, 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 mm for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for 2 transformer body earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth. (Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall have to be kept separate)

Cement concreting of poles in 1:2:4 mix 0.45 cums/pole- as per REC Standards (HT Only)

Providing, Fixing of nuts and bolts for fixing of x-arms and other accessories.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioing of LT Distribution Box for 63KVA DTR with MCCB for incommer and MCCB's for outgoing ckts. With terminal extensions (Short Ckt Rating for incomer is 16kA and 100Amp MCCB)
