List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period (2021-22 to 2025-26) satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of BCB/ Barrage Works to the extent of Rs. 40.35 Lakhs

Executed in any one year, for a continuous period of 12 Month, in the last five years period (2021-22 to 2025-26) Minimum quantities of work: Earthwork & Embankment-439 Cum, CONCRETE WORK (including PCC, RCC & PSC) -708 Cum, Steel-11.50 Tonne

KPWD Registration Certificate Class III & above. The registered Class-III Contractor should be registered in same Circle as of the work.

Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities.,Rs.24.21 Lakhs (Credit lines/Letter of credit / Certificate by nationalised banks for meeting the fund requirement etc) (Type Capabilities of Vendor) ( Certificate in the format prescribed in Qualification information of Bid documents )

Each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period (2021-22 to 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.80.69 Lakhs

Tenderers who meet the above specifed minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualifed,if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity is A into N into 2.5 minus B where A is equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any Two year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.
