Taking out burnt electric motor from the foundation / equipment, Split opening the motor,removing the burnt winding, cleaning the slots, rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and varnishing, drying re-assembling and fixing it in its original location, testing after repair for the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge of capacity up to 2 HP all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 above but of capacity 3HP to 5 HP all as specified and as directed.

Repair & servicing of of boiler unit by disconnecting electric connection inlet and out let steam / water flange pipe conection ,opening of top cover of boiler unit removing wegmans core and steam coil unit , cleaning of inner surface removing scaling , detecting leak by bracing /welding after repairing and servicing re-commissioning the same including testing upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in - Charge.

M & L for overhauling and servicing of suspension and brake system of hydro extractor as per manufacture instructions including repair /replacement of unserviceable nut bolts ,springs, bushes all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. ( Replacement of unserviceable spare parts will be measured under relevant items of schedule A)

Supply and fixing in replacement triple power sprayer water injecting pump set of capacity 3 HP , maximum flow rate 2000 ltr/hr with exhaust pressure up to 28 Kg/cm2 ,900 RPM of boiler unit all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling the unserviceable fuel feed pumpof boiler , servicing and calibrating the fuel feed pump ( diesel) as per norms for boiler all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the rusted sheet metal portion of the washer/drier units, fabricating / bending the sheet metal with 2mm thick and fixing, painting with one coat of zinc oxide primer and two coats of synthetic paint all as specified and as directed.

Desmentling, Shifting of Deisel Tank 1000 ltrs from one point to another point with extension of suitable size pipe line with necessary height of deisel tank should be maintained and provide the shelter to Deisel Tank for lock and key provision . Fixing of deisel tank.

Manage the OEM Quarterly visit and inspection of all parts of boiler and it’s functioning and submitting the inspection report to AGE E/M (West) office.

Taking down MS Pipe 200 mm dia for chimey pipe, M & L for replacing with MS pipe of 200 mm dia Heavy grade welding and brazing complete.
