M/o Completed scheme of Nazul A/C-II under SZ.SH-Deployment of Multi-Tasking Staff (Matriculate) at various offices under the jurisdiction of SE/ SCC-3

Deployment of Four (04) Multi-Tasking Staff (Matriculate) in the Circle Office, of SE/SCC-3 for a period of six (06) months to perform day-to-day office and field-related duties as assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge, including office assistance, file movement, record maintenance, data entry, dispatch of official correspondence, and other miscellaneous works required for the efficient functioning of the office. Deployment shall be on all working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.

Deployment of Multi-Tasking Staff (Matriculate) in the Divisional Offices under the jurisdiction of SE/SCC-3, namely SPD-4 (04 Nos.) and SPD-2 (06 Nos.), as per the requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, for a period of six (06) months, on all working days excluding Sundays, 2nd Saturdays and Gazetted Holidays. The deployed personnel shall perform office assistance, file movement, record maintenance, data entry, dispatch of official correspondence, field assistance, and other duties assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge for the efficient functioning of the offices.
