Taking down cement plaster/terrazzo on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment/ brick coba/PCC/mud phuska/ Screed bed or any thing other than mother slab or all as specified and directed by EIC as per site condition on roof surfaces depth n exc 250 mm including removing to a distance exc 1.50 KM but not exc 5.00 KM complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note- Any damages during taking down of existing surface shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the government).

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding mixed with PVC polyster fibre, and shall be mixed with concrete @ 0.25% by weight of cement i.e 125 gms per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufactures instructions and also mixed with WPC and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-(i) Polyester traingular fibres shall be 6 /12 mm long with circum circle diameter of 30-35 microns, designed for melting point 240-260 degree Celsius and having specific gravity1.34-1.40. (ii) PVC polyester triangular fibre shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule).

Supply only polyester triangular fibre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick (avg) screed bed or bedding in CM (1:4) finished even and fair mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.Make Pidilite or equivalent,

M&L for providing and applying fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing memberane with resilient acrylic polymers on top of concrete roof from parapet to parapet in three coats with consumption of material should not be less than @ 10.75 litre per 10 Sqm by mechanical or sprayer as directed by GE/Engr-in-charge. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete allocation/system not less than 500 microns). The loose particles/ already paint surface should be completely removed with wire brushe sand complete in all respect as per the direction of GE/Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Treatment shall be done through authorised representative of manufacturer's and warranty certificate to be furnished by the manufacturer.)

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder and finally disinfected with bleach wash etc. and hoisting, if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning and due date for cleaning of tank, capacity of tanks exc. 250 liters and not exc. 500 liters complete all as specified and as directed. Note- All fittings during refixing shall be included above quated unit rate

Demolition of brick work/ stone boulder masnary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick bellow or above ground level including tiles, etc complete and complete all as specied and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in, coping, benching, roof curb, rounded or chemferred on edges finished top surface even and smooth without using extra cement at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or cuved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar using of old size bricks complete all as directed

All as per item No-15 above but except brick obtained from demolition

M&L applying two coat of cement based paint on newly prepared plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of chalk whitening after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC SWR pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to chajja area not exc. 1 sqm each including plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated, etc.) sheeting in roof coverings / ridge / valley gutter, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer‟s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer‟s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured baked enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (Two) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-driling screws all as specified and directed.”

(Note - Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and paniting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment).

All as per item No -21 above, but coloured galvalume plain sheet as in ridge, hips, valley gutters fixed with self driling screws complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50m and depositing as directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
