P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages loading unloading complete job before laying of mud mate in trenches and Boulders/Nallah Muck in floors as filling incl. all carriages of material involved & head load.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade excl. the cast of centering and shuttering: 1:4:8 (1 cement 4: coarse sand 8 graded stone crushed agg.40mm nominal size). Incl. all carriages of material involved.

Providing/laying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering – All work upto plinth level. (M-10 Mix) 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size- crushed.) ncl. all carriages of material involved.

Centering and Shuttering, including strutting, propping and removal of form work kitply. A)- In Foundation And Plinth including head load & carriage

Brick work with Common Clay Burnt F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & Plinth in cement mortar in 1:6 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) incl. carriages ofbricks upto site of work complete including extra upto floor V-level

15mm cement plaster in 1:6 mix incl. all carriages of material involved. including head load & carriage

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete Coping 1:2:4 (1Cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate crushed. incl. all carriages of material involved.

Providing and fixing of MS gates

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade to give an even shade on New work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kgs/10 Sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Ltrs/10 Sqm complete including cost of priming coat. including carriage & head load
