Taking out old damaged tarfelt from the roof, parapet etc. preparing the roof surfaces by removing all spoils, blisters, moss etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed

Applying 2 coats of Acrylic polymer modified paint (equivalent to master Crete M-81 of Choksy or similar specified product) having water proofing cum bonding properties for specific use of water prone area to prevent leakage underneath by mixing in proportion (1 liquid compound : 2 cement) as per manufacturer's specifiaction

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar 15 mm thick plaster

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground flooras per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages. in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]
