Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete sufaces in cement mortar 1:3 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement content complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment, consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor of type 1200 mm sweep and any make with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate guage including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish,greasing the bearings,replacement of missing/worn out nuts,bolts,washers,split pins,etc complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old un serviceable MCB DBs with MCBs of any type by unscrewing from wall,ceiling,etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the original status complete all as directed.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment for sunken floors, consists of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm, with and including priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material, and a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.
