Supplying, Erection, installation, commissioning and testing of Solar PV Off grid ground mounted power generation System of Capacity 8 KW with minimum 300 WP PolyCrystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Module of panel efficiency not less than 15%, off grid type, Battery with gel technology tubular solar Batteries with 5 Years Warranty. The Output of the Solar panel : Single Phase 240 V, conforming to IEC 61215 ETDC Bangalore or Solar Energy Centre Certified and having certificate from MNRE including supply & fabrication of civil work and mounting structure, fixing on RCC Roof in true south facing to receive maximum sun radiation with all accessories DC/AC disconnector Switch/MCCB, fuse array junction box, String combined box (SCB) with IP 65 & above protection including XLPE or XLPO insulated and sheathed, UV stabilize single core multi stranded flexible copper cable of suitable size from solar panel to SCB & SCB to inverter also including unidirectional electronic solar energy meter of suitable capacity for off grid type solar plant.

A) .SOLAR PHOTO VOLTAIC MODULES Modules provided must use a RF identification tag. The following information must be mentioned in RFID used on each modules.This should be inside the laminate only. (a) Name of manufacturer of the PV module. (b) Name of manufacturer of Solar Cells (c) Month and year of the manufacturer (Separate for cells and modules) (d) Country of Origin (it should be of indian origin), both solar cells & panel should be Indian origin( MNRE compliance). (e) I-V curve for the module Wattage, Im,Vm and FF for the module. (f) Unique Serial No. and model No. of the module. (g) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate. (h) Name of the test lab using IEC Certificate. (j) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

B) SOLAR PV MODULES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING IEC:- (a) IEC-61215 (Design qualification and type approval for Crystalline silicon Terrestrial PV Modules (b) IEC-61701 - Standard for salt mix corrosion testing at Photovoltaic (PV) modules ,First Edition ,Issued on 1995 (c) IEC-61730 PV modules safety qualification Part-I: Requirements for ,Part-2: Requirement for testing

C) INVERTER (POWER CONDITIONING UNIT) WITH CHARGE CONTROLLER Electronic inverter with associated controls protection devices. Notes: (a) The Solar cells & panel should be make in india and qualify under the domestic content requirement (DCR) norms as per specification (b) The contractor along with qualified engineer will visit the site before quoting tender. (c) All Mechanical, Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS/equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of the Indian Electricity Act / rules formed thereunder and as amended from time to time (d) Submitting completion Drgs & Test Certificates, guarantee/ Warranty certificate for all major equipments, Catalogue & Literature of equipments, Manual for Maintenance including Schedule.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top connected to Copper earth strip 20 x 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass and earth lead connected to main DB panel /meter box panel with including necessary and earth work and excavation including PCC chamber 1:3:6 and RCC cover all as specified and or shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR- part 1 all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work , PCC cable cover and Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe line and getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches clear sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified and as directed Note:Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid

Supplying & laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm in trenches to protect under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying GI pipe 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable/earth strip all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 , 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in with and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate thick as in flooring finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDAL CO standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

M&L for sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane of 4.8 mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finish even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint) over a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 100 mm thick as in flooring, foundation for solar panel finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
