Excavating and removing the existing mixed compacted garbage which underwent biological degradation in the land portion allocted /land marked by Tharamangalam Municipality and spraying with micro boil innoclam for sanitizing and stabilizing the excavated mass,seiving them using mechanical sieving machine or any other equipment at Bidder and disposing the materials recovered through the bio mining with the proper field measurement to the identified vendors including the cost of segregation cost of equipment and plants, cost of Man power and cost of the marketing, and disposal cost of establishing temporary structure to store the recovered material at site till the time of disposal, cost of erection of plant machineries such us bulldozer earthmoving machine equipment, trammel,belt conveyor, shredder, ect as necessary to disintegrate and separate the legacy waste through bio-mining by keeping the site ECO friendly by controlling odour including cost of bio- culture, electrical power consumption and other fule consumption etc.,complete as per the direction of departmental officers.
