Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement:1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the white marble stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick walls or on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work in repairs such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair concertina wire 2mm dia for concerting fencing straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, including taking down old wire of any type / description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair concertina coil 600 to 800mm dia laid on angle iron frame expended at 60 degree when open binded with of wire on angle iron or frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of RCC Jali complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 40mm thick (measured solid with frame of PCC 1:2:4 typeB0 by using 12.5 mm graded aggregate including frame in required sizes) precast cement concrete louvers and jallies complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs of stainless steel 304 grade framed work fancy/ornamental type in hand rails and posts stair hosing, gate work and other similar work including all or any type of welding followed by buffering and polishing for smooth finish as per the approved design and taking down the mild steel work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, coping, bed plates etc including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 and external face of brick pointed flush in the same mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

-ditto- All as per item No. 15 here-in before but using old serviceable bricks duly clenaing retrieved from the item no 11 here-in before. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained form item No 11 shall be re-used in this item.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire old or new complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Chain link fencing obtained from item No 18 shall be re-used in this item.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of covered drain and hume pipes, culverts etc and the like of any type, size not exceeding 0.85 metre wide and depth not exceeding 1.0 metre of any shape for silt/ earth accumulated due to storm water and spreading the cleaned earth where directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cover slabs to be removed and refixed duly jointing with cement mortar 1:4 after cleaning.

-ditto- All as per item No. 22 above but of open drain of size not exceeding 0.60 metre wide and not depth exceeding 0.80 metre.

Taking down old barbed wire from post of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only in repairs of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of Mild steel as in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths of any dia or size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type D2 by using 40mm grade stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating post holes in any type of soil (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite jet black work of 16-18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, walls, window cills, cooking platform like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes of class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs SFRC factory made drain cover/ man hole cover size 1200mmx600mm and 70 mm thick, with steel flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 50cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying the cement base paint two coats on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of new surfaces for matching with repaired surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 Cubic feet/min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350 x250x 7 mm/ 450x 350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Laid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles of dark shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles Laid on Floor, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: The amount of Rs 1,22,035.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 32(R) shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
