M&L for prepration and Complete removal of existing treatment with machanical device of any description on old decorated wall/vertical surfaces by means of washing/rubbing/scrubbing down including removal of scrubbed materials to out of MoD land and applying two coat of oil bound distember on old prepared surface of wall/vertical surface including 1.5 mm putty and alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered decorated surface surfaces, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distembered and old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc and applying one coat of oil bound distember complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on ceilling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of painted plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for french polishing on surface of any description width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old work with one or more coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles, light shade 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 7-8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm of size as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
