Dismatling A.C. sheets roofing, conveying and stacking the AC sheets in the store yard within a lead of 1 K.M including removing of 'L' hooks, washers etc. complete.

Brick masonry in C.M.1:5 for superstructure including cost of materials, all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges, etc. complete.

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement, 5 M sand) including cost of all labour charges, materials and minor tools etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges out side/inside of the building including after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surface all labour charges, materials etc., complete.

Painting one coat on old wood work with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint on doors, windows & ventilators. Including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials and minor tools etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make in all colours of any size as approved by EIC for skirting, rises of steps and dados walls over 12 mm CM 1:3 and pointing with coloured cement including cost of all materials, labour charges forming and placing of cement mortar etc. complete

Repairing damaged windows shutter by providing required hinges, handle tower bolt etc. including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Repairing damaged Door shutter by providing required hinges, handle tower bolt etc. including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C pan) with seat and lid, CP brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level PVC flushing cistern with fittings C.I, MS brackets, 40 mm diameter flush pipe with fittings and clamps, overflow arragement with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required.
