M & L for providing and applying a layer of high solids resin based pigmented concrete compound (application 4.00 to 5.00Sqm/lit). It forms a continuous membrane that controls hydration for strong and durable concrete .It should have specific gravity of 1.02. It can be applied by brush or can be sprayed, If sprayed the nozzle of the spray should be held approximately 450mm from the concrete surface and should be passed back and forth to ensure complete and even coverage. The pump pressure should be maintained at a level to produce a fine spray ensuring complete coverage of the surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling/taking down unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing internal/External surfaces with power driven of pneumetic chisel and removal upto the approval municipal dumping ground outsides MOD land complete all specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying the treated surface with high quality repair mortar with polymer and fibre content .water ratio of which shall be 0.16, 28 days compressive strength shall be 30 MPa,mixed density shall be 2.18 kg/ltr, flexural strength shall be 6 MPa for 7 days and tensile strength for 7 days shall be more than 2MPa.Its adhesion bond strength shall be greater than 2 MPa with creep strain reduction of 8%. The modulus of elasticity of this product shall be 23-26 KN/mm². It shall not bleed / segregate on adding water and shall provide dual shrinkage compensation i.e – both plastic & hardened.Cement , sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall be capable of being applied in thicknesses of 20 mm without sagging or falling and shall have minimum adhesive bond strength of 2 MPa.All cementitious systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 15 days by water curing,complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion, should be ready to use and can fill convoluted voids, componsates shrikage at both plastic and Hardened states with addition of 10mm down aggregates of 25% of the weight of ready to use powder with W/P ratio of 0.18. Strength of 1 day to be 20N/mm2. Time of expansion to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing. Epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr, compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/mm2 at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 hrs at 30°C pouring of ready mixture into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the poured mixture and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of shrinkage of structure by drilling hole in structures using up to a depth of 15 mm and 18 mm dia, removing dust,etc by vaccum cleaner and blowers,providing and fixing of heavy grade pvc pipe nipple 15 mm dia,100 mm long @ 1 mtr c/c in both direction and injection of High strength polymer based injection grout with flexural strength of minimum 45 MPa,Tensile strength of 26 MPa in 7 days and compressive strength of minimum 50 MPa in 1 day up tp 80 MPa in 7 days giving minimum pot life of 1hr@20°C and closing ends nipple epoxy putty/silica jelly after injecting the chemicals .complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Use & waste of form work to sides and soffits of lintels, beams, columns, shelves, chajjas including overhangs etc for fair finished flat surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for applying 25 mm mm screed with one component fibre reinforced PMM with water producing thixotropic consistency using heavy-duty slow speed drill or with spiral mixing paddle or a Pan type mixer where ambient temperature if 30°C or more use of chilled water for conditioning the bagged product in an air-conditioned store prior to use. Mixing temperature shall be between 5 and 40°C. Mixed material shall achieve compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day & 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength of 7 MPa @ 7 days.cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. It shall be alkaline, compatible with host concrete with similar thermal properties and shall achieve a elastic modulus of minimum 25 kN/Sqmm.,complete all specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of water based copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics. It should have Excellent adhesion to concrete & cementious surfaces, Excellent water retention after film formation, Excellent penetration into the substrate there by providing the best adhesion. Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the top coating. Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pin holes etc., should be rectified/filled before starting application.It should have specific gravity between 1.00± 0.02, Touch Dry @ 30 C -1 -2 hours. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of amine cured epoxy coating for steel reinforcement having Mixed density of 2.01-2.05, Adhesive bond strength - 1N/mm², touch drying time of 10-15 minutes at 35 Degree Cand recoatable time 30 minutes. Coating to be applied in two coats @ 1-2mm thickness in two coats, coverage @ 2 Kg/sqm for 1 mm thickness, after proper surface preparation, cleaning & removing rust completely etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
