Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised steel water tubing medium grade of size 15mm bore with all fittings such as bend, elbow, socket reducer etc fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 01.00 but of size 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid/mat finish ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE), in floors/skirting etc, and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm , in floors/skirting etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 450mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick /350mm x 250mm x 7 mm(Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe including fittings as required fixed to any type of coupling of 32 mm threaded, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Green marble 18 to 20 mm thick(of any shade) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapet wall /floor/dado over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble colour as per direction of GE, including dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting of marble are included in the quoted rate.

M & L 22 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads single piece of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing, including dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Rounding to edges of stone slab slab one edge such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminimum wire cloth, 0.56mm conforming to IS nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, wooden beads or Aluminimum wire staples nut bolt and MS flat etc for iron door and aluminiumm window, complete all as specified and directed. Note : In steel frame cutting of nut and bolts and fixing are included in this item.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6) 10mm thick first coat on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces and in CM 1:4 and 5mm thick as second coat over first coat , mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treating on wall in 02 coats (separate coats) with polymer latex based chemical having hydroshield properties (Technology) and superior anti carbonation properties (consists of polyalkelene fibre network with excellent water repellency) with film thickness of 1.20 mm per coat all as specified as per manufacturers instruction including prepration of old decorated surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge directed. Make:- Dulux (aquetek) or equvilent in Pidelite or Asian Paints Note :-1 . This work shall be executed throught authorised applicator from the company. 2. S & F in repair Factory made PVC cabinet of required size fabricated by joining for 18mm plain white (600 kg density) thick PVC Celuka ply fixed with each other using solvent cement adhesive and screws and 18mm thick PVC sheet as backing of cabinet fixed with screw and solvent cement adhesive etc including taking down and including batten and hinges for fixing of shutter, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.
