Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and as in mumty cement water tank, shelves, chimney etc not other specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof , mumty and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris upto the distance exc beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping old tar felt roof treatment over voncrete padding of any thickness etc from roof including finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface completely all as specifed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding/kerb, mud slopes, rounded or chamfered edge complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying water proofing treatment as following :- (a) 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces. (b) A coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm on prepared surface of plaster and applying a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.50 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric/wt not less than 150gm/sqm and sealing joints by torched application bitumen.

M&L for cutting groove in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horiaontal face of groove with cement Mortar 1:3 for fixing of APP membrane and filling the groove with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stoen aggregate after inserting membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted in CM 1:3 and including flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified & directed.

All as above but except new brick tiles

M&L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings / roof in C:M 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including racking out of existing joints of brick tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 14 above but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on stone masonary walls including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12-15mm thick in ready mixmortar on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, ceiling and finished even and smooth work as on parapet wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length including fixed with cement solvent with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water storage tanks exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks 500 Ltrs capacity, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed up) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnectiong existing tanks, setting aside (lowering if reqd) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capa city.

Taking up or down 20mm bore dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

S&F 20mm bore dia Tube medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Refixing 20mm old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc)

Taking up or down 15 mm bore dia steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

S&F 15mm bore dia Tube medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

Refixing15mm old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc)

S&F in repair 20 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10mm girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes, cleaning with water, allowed to dry and applying a layer of antirust and then Zinc rich epoxy primer all as specified followed by a layer of bonding coat & then guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm total thickness of guniting not exc 50mm thick (average thickness) with cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 43 grade cement and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform, and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc. slabs, Chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, beams and columns etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brickwork or RCC members at any height up to 4 storey building complete all as directed. Note: Steel Welded mesh is to be welded with existing reinforcement. NOTE : Lever and Jacks required for above items are included in the unit rate quoted and the work to be carried out up to 4 storey bldgs/in floor roofs.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other specifically provided for including removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick laid in bays and surfaces finished even and fair, including filling the joints with bitumen mastic(1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs framed work such as railings, grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted , or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe290. Gde-E-165 complete all as spd & directed. NOTE : Framed work as required at site is to be carried out upto 4 storey building.

Taking down of verandah railling, complete treatment of railling including preparation of surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer , welding as required, and refixing same place and same position as per direction of Engineer in charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper includingcomplete removal of existing treatment over one coat of alkali resistant primer & including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement based paint old surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmX25cmX25mm thick,set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in cm1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plasteed surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of priper incl etc complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 50400.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
