Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints and gently rolled with vibrator complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge.
Material and Labour for machine pressed cheqered cement coloured tiles of size 300mmx300mmx20mm thick mixed with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a leveling course/ padding on roof surfaces laid to slope and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparing roof surface with water and finally remove dirt and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Apply evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm (c) Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. Note - (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling ins unken floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / backing coat and removal of rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material and labour for light shade double charged vitrified ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm including 10mm thick rendering in cm (1::3) etc set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Material and labour for Cleaning the chocks/blockages in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipe of not exc 150mm dia by removing cleaning eye and re-fixing the same after cleaning the pipe and making good damaged cement joints in cement mortar 1:2 , including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Material and labour for desilting the sludge from chambers/ Manholes of any shape of any depth by using sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs(BMC Patteren) including clean up the site after work with sweepers and depositing the sludge outside MD land including sewer plugging/ diverting flow of drain if necessary as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (a) All safety precautions shall be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors's property. (c) Contractor accredated representive shall be availble during cleaning. (d) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day. (e) Place of disposal shall be find out by the Contractor.
Material & Labour for taking out/removing vegetation growth or shrubs and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE 41% SL 20 ML or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plants 30 mm c/c and spraying with solution (25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE 41% diluted with one lit of water) and removing the plants/vegitation growth completely dead, including necessary scaffolding, julas etc complete as per manufacturer of chemical Biostad lndia Ltd or equivalent approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for desilting, cleaning & removing silt, sludge etc from manholes of depth not exc 1.50 mtr including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage & plugging the ends of sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell and removing the same in leak proof trucks covered with tarpaulin to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with fresh water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Place of disposal shall be find out by the Contractor.

Note:- (a) Place of disposal shall be find out by the Contractor.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade including laid over and including backing coat 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of paved/chequered floor area to remove all dust, dirt etc and cleaning with water and applying one coat of floor paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
