Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV VCBs of Make : Areva situated at 33 KV Sub Stn, from housing and cleaning, rubbing, oiling, greasing and overhauling the mechanical parts and servicing of 11 KV indoor VCB, checking of quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistance, static connection resistance testing(IR value, Ratio test, polarity test) and connection verfification of 11 KV current transformer set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs, replacement of unserviceable parts and making serviciable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV VCBs of Make : Crompton situated at MH Power House, from housing and cleaning, rubbing, oiling, greasing and overhauling the mechanical parts and servicing of 11 KV indoor incomer cum outgoing VCB, checking of quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistance, static connection resistance testing (IR value, Ratio test, polarity test) and connection verfification of 11 KV current transformer set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs, replacement of faulty materials Buffer, Breaker Bushings, Neutral Close Switch, Tripping/closing Coil, Pin for bearing, Shunt Trip Coil, All LED indication lamps, Spring Charge Motorand checking internal wiring and making serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully the burnt transformer of any size from 1.0 metre height PCC foundation by crane after disconnection all HT/LT electric connection and body, neutral earth connection complete and brought to MES store or trade for repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

All as per item No 04 here in above but from 2 pole structure of a hight of 3.0 Mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Dismantling the transformer complete by unscrewing all nuts & bolts top-cover and disconnecting all connection to LV bushing and HV bushing and lifting the core complete from oil tank, cleaning the core complete and testing to find out burnt core of the transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:-Demolished items are departmental propert and contractor have to deposit to MES store

M&L for re-winding the burnt core 63 KVA, 33KV / 415 V transformer by new super enamelled copper wire of same gauge as existing one by considering the same phase displacement and using new stallay sheet of 0.35mm thick containing silcon and complete the winding by heating and cooling with burnishing, testing insulation resistance of winding complete for re-fixing in old position. Note : (i) commissioning & testing shall be done up to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Re-filling of new transformer oil, new busher and gasket will be measured under separate items

M&L for Re-winding the burnt core 100 KVA transformer by new super enamelled copper wire of same gauge as existing one by considering the same phase displacement and using new stallay sheet of 0.35 mm thick containing silcon and complete the winding by heating and cooling with burnishing, testing insulation resistance of winding complete for re-fixing in old position . Note: (i) commissioning & testing shall be done up to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge . (ii) Rc-filling of new transformer oil, new busher and gasket will be measured under separate items.

Supply and fixing on HT pole stay assembly complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No 1 with stay rod of 20 mm dia including loop insulator suitable for 11 KV (size 90x140 mm) with clearance of hole 25.5mm and MS stay plate size 300 x 300 x 6mm, stay clamps etc completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable insulators of any type/size and removal from site completed all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts, 150 mm height 150 mm dia including section of straps of 38x5 mm size 20 mm dia of bolts, nuts & washers for 11000 volts grade. completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 11000 volt of 145 mm height 255 mm dia ball and socket type 'Two -in -series' asssembly for tension with tension clamp for conductors including bolts, nuts & washers.

Dismantling of unserviceable steel tabular poles any size and removal from site. completed all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 M long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper , bolts, nuts and washers etc. including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor tremination (End Joint) heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm to 120 sqmm including taking down old joint completed all as specified and directed. Make : Dension/MS-Seal/Fontech. .

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm including taking down old joint completed all as specified and directed. Make : Dension/MS-Seal/Fontech. .

Material and labour for 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, complete all as specified and directed including clamps, nut bolt and washers incl taking down old pipe completed all as specified and directed.

Boring under road and foot path for inserting 80 mm bore GI tubing for drawing UG cable, complete all as per specified and directed.

Labour required for trimming / cutting of tree branches/long bushes/bambooes(of any girth), touching / obstructing the over head HT lines at places so as to keep minimum 1.50M mtr clearance all around the lines and disposal thereof to not exceeding 100 mtr distance after taking proper electric shut down from concerned staff complete all as specified and directed.( Note :- Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured ).

Labour required for re-stretching/ restringing of existing loosed / sagged ACSR over head HT conductor of any type and size including supply and binding wire/aluminum tape of required size, opening from insulators as fixed on pole after taking proper electric shut down from concerned staff including taking down unserviceable conductor from OH line and proper binding with additional conductor and restringing on line, complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge. (Note for Supply only ACSR conductor shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of HT Steel tubular poles complete and applying two coats of alluminimum paint on the pole including writing the pole No with black enameled paint of size 70 mm wide and 100 mm height and Top(cross arm, bracket) of pole red enameled paint and bottom from ground (3 feet)of pole black enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L provision for detection of 11 KV HT Cable Fault through finding and fault locating high voltage moble machine to locate the fault in 11 KV HT cable and find out exact location of fault all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The item includes transportation, charging machine upto detecting fault at time. (ii) HT cable joint, necessary excavation & earth work complete will measured and paid seprately against respective items of the schedule.
