To facilitate 01 x plumber and 01 x helper to attend plumbing work complaint ( Repair/ Maintenance works) in entire Technical area (R&D Dighi, OCRI Area & Proof Range), Residential Area and Maitri Complex incl carrying out following nature of job all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Scope Of Work (a) To repair PVC/CI drain pipe, repairing GI pipe line, WC/EWC filings, fixing of wash hand basen, fixing of WHB, Sink and Urinal wast pipe as required bases. Note for Contractor applicable scheduled items No 139 and 156:- (i) One Plumber/Carpenter with helper/Mazdoor from 1000 Hrs to 1800 Hrs daily as per site requirement (ii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of working & attending the complaints as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) The Plumber/Carpenter with helper/Mazdoor who is on duty must be provided with common mobile cell to facilitate and render good services to the users and the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) Complaint slip to be collected daily from complaint cell and same shall be returned to the complaint cell on completion of job (v) Payment shall be made in presence of AGE B/R or JE B/R (vi) Contractor shall provide all tools required for attending complaint with proper tool bag. (vii) Contractor shall regularly maintain attendence of persons and every morning register put up to Engr-in-charge or JE B/R. (vii) If individual remains absent on site, contractor shall make an alternative arrangement, If contractor fails to make such arrangement recovery shall be made at double the quoted rate as specified in Sch A as per included for same. (vii) Contractor needs to be submit following documents to deposite at the time of acceptance. (a) Name of person with residence proof such as Adhar card / Votor ID. (b) Age proof. (c) Proof of Educational qualification & Latest photograps. (d) Police varification of an individuals. (e) Attendence register.
