Repairing of steering system of the vehicle by dismantling the steering system completely, removal of worn out damaged parts and the providing/ fitting of new parts in place of defective parts such as steering worm, steering sector shaft, steering bearing set, steering pitman with bolts, adjustment bolts, steering gear box oil and all allied works, assembling of the system setting checking the operation. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to gear box of departmental water tanker way of lowering it from the vehicle, cleaning of all the parts with kerosene oil and segregation of all the parts. Providing and fitting of 1 No. main shaft, 1 No. counter shaft, 1 No. 1st speed gear, 1 No. 4th speed gear, sleeve set 1 set synchronizing ring set, 1 No. main shaft bearing, 1 No. counter shaft bearing, 1 No. gear box bearings, 1 No. roller bearing, assembling of all the gears by hydraulic pressure fitting. Providing and fitting of 1 set gear box oil seal, 1 set gear box joint set, 1 No. RTV silicon tube and filling of 06 ltrs. gear oil in the gear box, assembling, refitting checking and testing the gear box unit and back fitting with the vehicle and also providing and fitting of 02 Nos. shifting cables. Repair to departmental water tanker by way of checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels. Segregation of components, washing properly all the component in K-Oil. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing outer 01 no., front wheel inner – 1 No., rear wheel bearing outer 01 no., rear wheel bearing inner - 01 No. All oil seals, wheel cylinder – 02 Nos., brake oil- ½ ltr., P&F of 01kg grease, greasing of all the wheels, making adjustment of brakes and bleeding thereof. Job includes opening of propeller shaft. Providing and fitting of Universal Joint cross - 03 nos., centre bearing -1 No., yoke and teeth set – 1 set, shaft bolts with nuts and washers including welding and machining work. Assembling and refitting. Repair to rear leaf spring assemblies by dismantling of rear leaf spring assemblies one by one. P/f of 02 nos. centre bolts, 1 No. rear left side leaf spring – 5th , 1 No. rear right side leaf spring 4th. P/f of 02 Nos. U-clamps with bolts, 02 Nos. U-bolts with nuts, Kamini bushes – 04 Nos. Assembling of leaf springs. Providing and fitting of 1 No. Horn. Job includes repair to chassis of the vehicle by way of lifting of water tank with jack, dismantling of damage channel from chassis of the vehicle, providing, welding of new channel on the chassis of the vehicle. Refitting of tank on its original position. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to electrical system of the vehicle by dismantling the damaged wiring then Providing and fitting of wiring set both front and rare side, repair to dashboard wiring P/F of roof light, horn ,side indicatior-2 nos, dash board bulbs, fuse box unit, head light assembly-2nos,tale light assembly-2nos, wiper motor with blades. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges,

Denting and Patching:- Removal of water tanker from the vehicle with the help of crane after cutting worn out nut bolt and patching at cracked portion of the chassis, repair of water tank, inner and outer side by patching, checking setting the alignment of the chassis. Providing of 2 nos cross member of the chassis for replacement of worn out/damaged cross member. Removing of dents from front portion of hood and bumper along with gas welding works. Repairs to rear mud guards assembling of water tank on the chassis by providing and fitting of U clamps, nut bolts and rubber pads. Complete jobs including labour and material.

Top overhauling engine of the vehicle/water tanker by way of cleaning and washing of all the parts with kerosene oil. P/F of piston rings, 1 set head valve and guide, 1 set head valve seal, 1 No. main and big end bearings, 1 set connecting rod bush, 2 Nos. connecting rod, 1 set cam bush set, 1 no. timing oil seal, 1 No. main oil seal, 1 No. head gasket set complete assembling of all the parts. P/F of 20 ltrs. M-oil, 1 No. filter set, 1 No. air filter set, 1 No. oil pump assembly, 1 set fuel flexible pipe set with clamps, 1 No. house pipe set with clamps, 1 No. water body assembly, 1 No. engine foundation set, 1 No. fan belt set. Assembling and fitting of engine. Servicing of FI Pump. Idle running and testing after complete assembly of all parts. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to clutch system of the vehicle by dismantling it checking and testing of parts and then P/F of clutch plate, pressure plates, release bearing, clutch fork and fly wheel ring after replacing the damaged ones. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repairs to gear box of the vehicle by way of dismounting the gear box. Dismantling and removing of worn out parts, checking and cleaning of parts. Providing and fitting of 2nd inter shaft gear, cotter bush bearing, gear box joint. Also rebuilding of main shaft by way of remateling and then turning to the true size. Assembling the gear box and refitting the same to the vehicle with replacement of gear box coupling. P/Filling of gear oil in the Gear Box and allied work. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to the turbo system of the vehicle by providing and fitting of turbo core assembly, turbo house, turbo bend with overhauling of turbo system and repair to the radiator with parts and material, filling of coolant in the radiator. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges

Dismantling the fuel injection pump rotary type. Cleaning of all the parts with petrol. P/F of 1 No. cam plate, 1 No. TD Piston, 1 No. cross disc, 4 Nos. rollers, 1 No. DP head, 1 No. VE pump repair kit, 1 No. ACC bush,1 No. lever shaft, 1 No. guide bushing, 1 No. supply pump, 1 No. supporting plate, 6 Nos. new nozzles with nozzle pipe. Assembling of all the parts its checking and testing on the computerized machine and after checking refitting with the engine.

Dismantling of all the four leaf spring assembly. Segregation of leaves. Providing and fitting of main leaf rear 1 no. Main leaf front 1 no. Aux. leaves 2 no. rear 5th leaf front 2nos , 6th leaf rear 2 nos., Leaf spring bush 1 set, U bolt front and rear 2 nos. Leaf spring bush 1 set, U clamps front and rear 4 nos., Leaf spring pin 1 no. front shocker 1 no. centre bolts – 4 nos., Retensioning of leaves before fitting. Fabrication of both the rear mud guards of vehicle out of MS Angle and heavy gauge MS Sheet. Fitting of mud guard on the Vehicle with the help of MS stiffeners and high quality welding. Complete job including labour and material cost.
