Part I : Construction of Bridge at Km 1/4 Devakottai - Vattanam Road to Natchiyendal (via) Thuthakudi Km 0/0 - 4/490 across Viruchuli river in Thiruvadanai Block in Ramanathapuram District.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as bailing out water,providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams,sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal,removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for DRESSING THE BED UPTO SILL LEVEL.

PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900mm dia. semi- spherical back fill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc., to drain of the backfill IN THE ABUTMENTS AND WINGS.

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site, labour charges for fixing the same in the correct position and all other incidental charges etc.,complete.

Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media as per MOST's (Roads Wing) specifications for Roads and Bridges Fourth Revision Cl. 309-3-2-13 and 305-44 etc., complete.

Filling behind Abutments and wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying handling charges and filling in layers,tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc.complete for filling behind the abutment and wings.

Providing and fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT in between deck slabs over abutment and pier as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete.

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc,complete, Fe-500 grade MT

Providing and fixing of G.I Drainage Spouts 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300 mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position etc,complete as per cl 2705 of MORT & H specification. Providing and making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014-2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of requjred size, Mesh Type 10 x 12 (D=100mm with toterance of + 2%) Zinc Coated, Mesh Wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged / selvedged with partitions at every Im interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Diversion Road

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance 1 with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using Carted Eath with a lead of 2km for formation of Approach Road.

Providing and Laying Granular Sub base as per table No 400-1/400-2 and Grading III of MORTH Revision IV with and any other Granular material or a combination those of for 150 mm thick to give a CBR of 20 on prepared sub grade in accordance with the requirements of the specifications For Sand, Gravel & 6 mm Aggregate Mix.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Supply and fixing of NP 3 class RCC 900 mm dia. pipes supplied by the Contractor at his own cost specified below confirming to IS 458/1989 cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading and unloading transport and delivery in good condition at work site as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete for culvert.

Approach Road

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines, grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using Carted Eath with a lead of 2km for formation of Approach Road.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type-A to 20 mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 23.232 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete (Using Plastic Waste)
