Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 By Mechanical Means, Private Land

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slopes and compacting to meet requirement Table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401. (ii) For Grading-II Material

Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504. (Including of Edge restraint and carriage).

Providing and fixing retro-reflectoried cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC.67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on RCC post 100mm x 100mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing. (i) 90 cm equilateral triangle.

Providing and fixing retro-reflectoried cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC.67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on RCC post 100mm x 100mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing. Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed from yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the tranches watering fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.

Providing and laying boulder apron lead in wire crates made width 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4836 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301
