Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying compacted Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying compacted Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
