Changing of wire rope for radial gates of Dam including providing and fixing , commissioning , of wire rope for radial gates ( to lift radial gate) electrically operated rope drum hoisted on hoisting platform in Build manually operated , mechanical cum electronic system including all necessary anchoring bolts nuts safety equipments arrangements of Divers including oxygen masks etc. all works pertaing to change the rope in water including all servicing of gates Rope Drum greasing & bearing change of rope drums. Wire rope :- No of Drums =2 No of rope per drum =2 No. of wire rope falls = Single fall hoist capacity : 22 M.T. hoist arrangement : Two ropes on each drum Equalizer plate with turn buckle on gate. Proposed 25/26 mm dia, lang's lay 6x37 construction un galvanized wire rope having tensile designation 1960 N/mm2 with fiber main core having minimum breaking load= 390.00 KN confiming to IS 2266-1977 Aggregate strength of wire rope as per IS 2266
