Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur required for the work with royalties, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with royalties, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (3/4") thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finsihed smooth to receive tarfelt tratment watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work with alland royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost,conveyance of all materials, labour,Cess etc required for the work with royality , DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 cm X 30 cm ceramic wall tiles fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including polishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance royalty DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges of of all materials & labour with Cess etc required for the work complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Providing of M.S. windowgrill made out of M.S.Angle 25x25x3mm at the perigphery & M.S.Flat 25x6mm in the inner design conforming to IS 1977/95 with hold fast made out of MS angle as used in periphery as per the Design with cost, conveyance &or all materials & labour with T&P Cess in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Providing of M.S. Pannelled door double leaved with MS frame over all size including frame made out of following materials conforming to relevant ISS frame: 30 x 30 x 5mm M.S.Angle door panel 1.0mm C.R.sheet panel stiffener covering width of leaf 19 x 5 mm flat 3 nos Hingessize 100 mm 3 nos bought out as per ISS hold fast 30x30x5mmMS angle 150mm length bifurcated at the tip 3 nos on one side handle 19x5mm M.S.Flat ,fabricated 2 Nos aldrop 2 nos bought out as per ISS Tower Bolt 2 nos bought out as per ISS including cost conveyance &of all materiasl& labour with T&P & Cess in all respectas per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Labour for fitting,fixing of M.S. window grill as per approved design including cost of screws with cost of all labour, T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete excluding cost & conveyance of M.S.Door/Window in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.
