Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying TACK COAT over the BT surface using 2.5 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion RS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and Laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix Plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Bituminous concrete 25,30/40mm thick Using cmp(Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity Carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/Phenumatic roller to the Required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen boller, tipper ,trucks,paver finisher /9m paver finisher,vibratory/Phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required including fuel and all other incidiental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP Aa per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH Specification No:803

Provision for Hectametre stone of size 0.75mx0.23mx0.10m

Provision for Kilometre stone of size 1.65mx0.45mx0.15m
