M&L for concealed sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm of voltage rating up to and including 1100 volts drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 25mm with all fittings and accessories, along with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (Note : Two runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit).

Supply and fix in repairs exhaust fan made of plastic body complete with louvers shutters , 300 mm sweep, single phase, 230 Volts AC, ISI marked fixed properly at directed location with provisioning of suitable fixing/tightening arrangements and connecting/testing and including writing MES No complete all as specified and directed.(Old retrieved fan will be deposited to MES store yard)

Taking down ceiling fan by unscrewing nut , bolts, disconnection of electric cable from ceiling rose, ceiling cable end, removing blades , of any sweep and make and deposit to MES Store all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush less direct current (BLDC) motor, class of insulation : B, 3 nos. blades, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, power factor not less than 0.9, service Value ( CMM/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 CMM 350 RPM ( tolerance as per IS : 374 - 2019), THD less than 10 % with remote for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise = 75 degree C (max), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V , 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, earthing etc. including necessary connection with ceiling rose with 3 core 1.0 Sqmm PVC insulated round flexible cable and including writing MES No all as specified and as directed.and old fan deposit to MES Store all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in replacement of down rod with anti suicide safe fan down rod of 260 mm length suitable for fixing in existing ceiling fan complete with nuts bolts, check nut and washers including making holes by drilling for bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make Gold Life Note:- (i) Anti suicide safe down rod will be active if load on fan exceeded 20.00Kg, then down rod pipe opens from middle and spring in pipe will expanded for landing smoothly of person trying to commit suicide.

Supply and fix water heater storage vertical type, puff insulation type of 25 ltrs capacity with steel tank and 1500 watts, BEE Star rated-5, with glass line inner shell with Hot & Cold pipe, water connection pipe, electric connection and necessary fixing arrangement and including writing MES No complete with making the hole and fixing the holding nut and bolts all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Unsv Single phase energy meter of any type and make from existing position without disturbing other connection and deposit the same to AGE E/M store yard after noting down the reading from meter all as specified and directed.

M&L Re Fixing and connecting electric meters above 25 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Mi boxes with hinged transparent lid of size 300 x 150 x 170mm for housing of meter complete all as specified and directed. Make hensel or eqvt complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L in repairs earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate of not less than 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia.(7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, check nuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wire mesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. MS round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways, with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SI Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
