Scrapping of the surface and making the same rust free and applying first coat of Self-healing polymer-based coating - Primer to achive 40- 50 microns DFT with coverage of 5-6 sq.mtr/ltr/coat. Make Asian paints / Dulux or equivalent

Apply Intermediate coat after 24 hrs, it shall be two components high build epoxy to achieve DFT of 90 – 105 micron coating with coverage of 3-4 sq.mtr/ltr/coat Make Asian paints / Dulux or equivalent

Finish coat is applied on top coat after 24hours to achieve DFT of 30 -40 micron DFT with 6-7 sq.mtr/ltr/coat. Make Asian paints / Dulux or equivalent

EOT Crane & crane beam :-Providing & applying primer coat of epoxy zinc rich, 92% zinc on dry film of 60 DFT, 2 coats of HBMIO (80+80 DFT) with 2 coats of Polyurethane paint (50+50 DFT)
