Taking down carefully with battens/ PVC surface/ concealed conduit unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, socket etc. and removing unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core pvc insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and conduit accessories ISI marked concealed in wall/fixed to roof ceiling etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FRLS ISI marked as earth continuity conductor, farciated sunken terminal box made out of 1.22 mm thick sheet steel duly jpainted concealed in walls, with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet ISI marked top cover with brass/chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket outlets, fan, regulators etc, complete all as specified ans as directed. Note :- (i) The chases in the wall shall be cut with electric cutter (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement plaster 1: 4 including matching the surfaces with two coats of white wash / colour wash all as per existing finishes and to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge.

Taking up / down water heater (Geyser) of capacity 50/25 ltrs operating on 230 volts AC electric supply, in any position and of any make, after disconnecting all electric connection and hot and cold water connection, and including transportation to the contractor 's workshop for repair and vice - versa, , and painting / numbering ( if necessary) and vice - versa after repairing, general cleaning/overhauling, cleaning and discaling the tank and assembly with suitable detergent and making fully serviceable and fixing back in same location / position or new location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of any un serviceable parts required for making the geyser serviceable will be measured and paid seperatelly under "supply only". Supply and fixing plastic 16 amps 30mA PRCD plug top shock safe with auto trip feature in case of any current leakage alongwith complete connection in existing geyser compllete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down complete ceiling fan with blade of any make 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep from fan hook/ fan box, transporting to local workshop , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff/strip type) replacing u/s providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacity shackle insulator, canopy, nuts , bolts, earthing , screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and connecting cable and depositing in E/M yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, and canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account.

Disconnecting & taking down (burnt) exhaust fan of any make 300/350mm sweep transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing , capacity etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR , speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bush bearing capacitor shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 35 here-in-before but exhaust fan 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair capacitor 4 MFD, 240 Volt AC, 50 Hz plastic body powder filled type for exhaust fan of 300/400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down exhaust fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of defective parts, if any, and refixing the exhaust fan fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account.

Supply only bearing suitable for 300 / 400/ 450 mm sweep Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Spray painting of Exhaust fan and testing at site full load with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape complete all as specified and directed. (Bush, bearing, capacitor, canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets will be measured and paid separately).

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from Internal Elect Section, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturers, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable / missing spares (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M Yard for further issue to the user.

Supply and Fix in replacement of electronic energy meter with LCB display 10-60A complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old meter will be deposited to AGE (I) Highground E/M yard

Solar Water heater

Disconnecting of water connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 1000 ltrs per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union, sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/ desludging, cleaning and washing of the hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and re-assembling the panel including welding of collector fins as required. (c) Painting of staging, solar panel frame, hot water tank frame with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description (e) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only solar energy collector panel manifold 1.40 mtr long, made of 20mm dia copper tube having 1 No MS flange 74 mm dia welded at each end duly drilled for nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted deemed to be included for welding of solar collector tubes with manifold complete all as specified and directed and also as recommended by manufacturer.
