Providing Purified Water Supply System (RO Plant) at GYPSY Campus near Esaniya Lingam in Tiruvannamalai

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling of conveyed well Gravel by lorry with a lead of 3 km in basement filling including stacking for premeasurement, conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges and including filling laying watering and consolidating etc., complete as directed by the department officers and complying with standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Cement Concrete 1::4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 0 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with CM 1:3

Cement Concrete of mix 1:11/2:3 (One cement, one and half M.sand and three aggregate) using 0 mm guage hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works exluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating vibrators, finishing, curing etc

Paving the floor with best approved quality super fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying and erecting in position of following liters capacity Industrial Model Reverse Osmosis Water-cum-Purifier to deliver Potable Water with World Health Organisation (WHO) Standards with following accessories. Supplying, fixing of cylindrical vertical notational polyethene water storage tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to IS 12701 / 96. The tank is meant of outer (or) indoor, use complete with removable hnged top locking arrangements and to make provision to fix with simply pipelines necessary man hole with cover and including all PVC specials, plugs, screws, nails to fix the tank etc., and the tank should be fixed firmly as directed. The rate shall inclusive of all materials labour, conveyance, hoistings and fixing charges etc., (The water tank should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works by the departmental officers) SINTEX / EQUIVALENT

Supplying, Laying and Jointing UPVC Pipes (having a pressure of 10 kg. / sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety comforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, Threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work/cement concrete and plastering neat wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 meter height above ground level etc., comopleted complying with standard specification . Towards the cost of Supply at Tiruvannamalai Girivalam Site and erection of 100mm thick sandwich PUF Wall Panel made out of Minimum 0.50 mm thick pre-coated GL sheets on both sides (tongue and groove type) as per the required Room size 4.80m x 3.50m and roof size 5.00m x 3.65m with minimum density of 40 Kg/M3 including all necessary fixtures, Zinc coated fasteners, Yield Strength of 380 MPA , Closed cell contents > 100 KPA, Pitch 333 With 9 stiffing ribs etc. complete. Wherever gaps are there between PUF panels and Glass window / PVC door frame gaps shall be filled with silicone sealants to avoid leakages, and fixing cold formed MS 'Hollow Square Tube' with minimum Zinc coating of 120 GSM of size 3 mm thick 100mm x100mm for fixing at plinth and necessary support required to hold the 100mm PUF wall panels, GL colour coated accessories such as Flashings, Ridges, end caps, etc. complete with all necessary Zinc coated.
