S/R to PWD road to Bhalunka road

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scrapping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3 Kg bitumen for 10 M2 and laying 37.5mm thick (BUSG) in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 to 40mm size HG metal & 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen / 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size HG chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over & laying including heating, pouring & spreading bitumen, metal & chips & rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all machineries required for the work including cost & conveyance of bitumen, metal & chips, cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying tack coat over the bituminous surface with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set using 0.20Kg / Sqm. area including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work induding cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P, all other matermls required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing Cement Concrete of M30 with 20mm down graded stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level and upto a height of 1.5m above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges for construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed plain cement concrete pavement over prepared base etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) for road and direction of the Engineer-incharge.
