Fabrication of Platform 800 mm wide both side of the valve made out with 150x70mm channel the job in the chamber 15 feet deep approx. with the help of gas cutter / welding and men power as required. Size of the chamber frame 1200x6100mm approx.
Erection/Strengthening the frame with the 50x50x6mm angle iron, fasteners etc. as per site requirement.
Strengthening the frame with vertical supports in the chamber with 150x70 mm channel, 8 mm thick MS plate for base plate with the help of electric welding work and necessary civil work for the same.
Providing / fixing the M.S check yard sheet 6mm thick on the existing frame the job i/c cutting the sheet in the sizes grinding the edges & cutting portion before fixing.
Strengthening the frame with the hand railing made out with the 40 mm M.S heavy duty pipe with vertical post of 50x50x6 mm angle. The job i/c cutting, finishing, welding the same and complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer–in-charge.
Providing the 750mm wide 3 m. long approx. and 750 mm wide 1.1 m long approx. Ladder made out with the 125x65 mm channel, 8 mm thick check yard sheet,50x50x6 mm angle iron, hand railing on the both sides with the 40 mm NB pipe as per site requirement.
Providing the hand railing surrounding the chamber with the 40 mm M.S pipe “B class” i/c grouting the railing with required fasteners/ necessary civil work as per site requirement.
Fixing the ladder at site with required fasteners/ civil work as required for the same.
Painting charges for above and sluice valve with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of anticorrosive paint.
To &fro Transportation charges of the material &equipments.
