Dismantling the outdoor unit of Split AC 1.5/2 TR and installation of the same after building repair at same location including gas charging at site to make AC functional att as spedified and directed.

S & F in replacement refrigerant line copper tube 1/2'' bore incl insulation of AC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement refrigerant line copper tube 1/4'' bore incl insulation of AC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of PVC pipe of size medium grade 25mm dia fixing on wall by using clamps and screwing including necessary tee, collar, bend, socket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of PVC pipe of size medium grade 40mm dia fixing on wall by using clamps and screwing including necessary tee, collar, bend, socket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of flesible thredded pipe from indoor unit to main line size of 15/20 mm dia, fixing on wall by using clamps and screwing compete all as spedified and directed.

M & L for making steel angular frame of size 16x16x3mm made of mild steel angle type for outdoor unit of the AC all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install test & commmissioning of high wall mounted inverter type split AC ,having indoor and outdoor units with copper tube evaporator & condensing unit of capacity 2 Ton capacity complete with cordless remote control unit and with minimum 5 star rated and EER 5.05 with necessary fixing arrangements,drain water piep upto required length ,stand for outdoor unit ,with 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper cable of required size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan for fixing/ installation of anti suicide road and refixing the same celing fan including electric connection with suitable size cappoer cable etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing of anti suicide fan rod (12") white MS pipe zinc plated, 19mm OD 1.8+/- 0.5mm thick, sprong set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 Kgf+ and spring "hidden in the pipe will expand to about 1 mtr or more, complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
