Supplying and fixing white glazed earthen ware.(European type) water closet of size 20" with flushing cistern of approved quality with 'P' and 'S' Trap embedded the closet with trap to shape in position with brick jelly concrete 32:12:5 using 40mm broken brick jelly finishing the top to required shape etc., including cost of all materials labour, lead ,lift, etc., complete, as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of colour hand wash basin of 550x400mm size of Parryware or Johnson or equivallent make based with plug 1No. 125mm chromium plated tap 1No including cost of all materials labour leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing of New PVC door with frame in the building including cost of all materials, lead, lift, transport, labour charges etc, complete as directed by Board Engineer at site.
