REPAIR TO PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHT, JUNCTION BOX, PANELS AND PAINTING TO POLES AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND CHANDIGARH

Material and Labour for checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings, street light, post top and bolard light etc. of any wattage & capacity of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/ damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings after cleaning and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No. 1.00 :- (i) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as 'Supply only'. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/ security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire , gaskets and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/ security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above item including rectification of cable fault & over head fault by fault finding/identification. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/ working condition. (v) Contractor shall attend the said job as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and replace the spare parts / fittings immediately without any delay. (vi) Immediately, on acceptance of contract, material shall be brought by the contractor on priority basis after getting approved and attend the complaint on priority basis. (vii) Site of work is scattered in Domestic and Technical area and the contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the rates. (viii) Contractor's supervisor shall attend the office of Engr-in-charge at 0900 hrs every day (except holiday) to get the task / location / nature of compaint and in the evening, shall give feed back of compaint.

Supply only 1.5 sqmm three core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor multistrand cable for electric connection from overhead line / junction box to street light complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 25 mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape for proper lighting at required place, fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing junction box weather proof made out of PVC, pole mounted, hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 100 Amp including 6 to 10 A MCB, clamps with necessary MS nut, bolts and washers etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sintex/ Hensel or equivalent duly approved by Accepting officer

Supply and laying/fixing HDPE (DWC) pipe of outer dia not less 50mm fixing on poles, walls, under floors/roads, drain crossing and laying on surface etc as reqd at site as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All items and accessories, bend joints, nut bolts and clamps etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and Labour for prepration of old painted steel tubular pole 8.5/9 meter height by scraping with steel wire brush and cleaning the rust of pole and cross arm / brackets and applying aluminium paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer and providing Blue (AF) and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with blue strip and writing the existing/new pole number with black paint in yellow circle of dia 150 mm , complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint on RCC pole from 1.5 mtr above the GL and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by synthetic enamel paint in alternatively black and white strap of 30 cm after scraping /removing the existing paint and the preparation on the surface of RCC LT pole. Pole No will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No 8 but for street light of 60 watt.

All as per above Item No 8 but for street light of 45 watt.

All as per above Item No 11 but for flood light of 150 watt.

All as per above Item No 11 but for flood light of 100 watt.

All as per above Item No 14 but for street light of 60 watt.

Material and Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 20 mm graded aggregate for pole coping above ground level including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/ taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Serviceable bricks shall be stacked for reuse in item no 27 by the contractor. (ii) In case different strata is met with during excavation, no extra claim on this account is admissble.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying only old size (common burnt clay) sub class 'B' bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) as in trenches laid over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained against Item No 22 here-in-after shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Dismantling and taking out existing LT steel Poles complete with street light carefully for use from its original position and shifting to new location complete all as specified and as directed. Note : If any damage found during execution/ shifting of poles, recovery will be made as per price mentioned in SSR/ED.

Erection only of LT steel Poles 9 m long complete with streetlight of any type in truly vertical position with and including PCC for foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable bollard light of any size and Supply and Fix in repairs LED bollard light 10W pressure die cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser efficient high output LED with IP 65 protection including necessary fixing arrangement with PCC foundation at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable post top of any size and s&f LED post top lamp 25 watt spherical/ Oval shape with polycarbonate diffuser and IP 65 protection including necessary fixing arrangement with PCC foundation at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed to wall / passing through pipe / pole and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size compete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation & earth work, Brick protection and sand cushining shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 25x4 mm GI strip all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded , crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking down old serviceable geyser / water storage heater of any make/ model of any capacity of 25/35/50 ltrs from any height after electrically disconnected and dismantling the geyser and removing the spare parts such as bottom cover, assembly, thermostat, element & connected accessories and removing the saltpetre manually and cleaning the inner tank completely with solution and reassembling all the spare parts and make the geyser in working condition and fixing at its original position as before complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, leveling & water spreading and removing rubbish, upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the LT panel area under clearance complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out following defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor of any cross sectional area from trenches, from wall/poles/under floor etc, shifting serviceable cable for relaying or removing the unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of brick/tile as cable protection, GI pipe and cable joint etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) After taking out the cables from the trench, serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fix in replacement waterproof underwater rgb light, 6w, stainless steel shell material, color temp 3000-6000k, color rendering index 80, pf>.95, input volt 24v, no of led bids as per existing at site including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surface cleaning of any type of panel and painting with two coat of synthetic super enamelled off white (existing at site) spray paints including servicing and cleaning and tightening of all internal components like contactors, MCCBS, MCBs, relays, eletrical wiring etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint heat shrink type (out door) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl No 45.00 but size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

Supply and Fix in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amp, C-curve, 10 KA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of MCB SPN 32 Amp, C-curve, 10 KA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of MCB SPN 40-63 Amp, C-curve, 10 KA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in repair PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 32568.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
