Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including Excavationn and refilling etc. as required) (Above 10 mtrand upto 12 mtrs)

Supplying & erection of stay set complete ( galvanized) with 19/20 mm diax1.8 meter long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cmx 7.5mm , thimble stay clamps, turn buckle (20mmx60cm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling as required.

Supplying & Erection of 11KV Disc insulator for 11KV over head lines with galvanized insulator fitting, ball socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts washers etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washer etc. as required

Supplying of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14kg per meter) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11KV over line conductor complete with 50mm x6 mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mmx40mm x6 mm (7.14 ke per meter) cross arm for two 11KV over head kine conductors complete with 50mmx50mmx6mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mmx6mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator ppins, bolts, nuts and washer etc(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33KV as required

Supplying of two length of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14 kr.per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50MMx6MM M.S flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for typing the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fitting, bolts, nuts and washer etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33KV

Supplying & Erection of set of cross bracing FRL same work for 11KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50MMx50MMx6MM angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm widthx2500 mm height, complete woth 50mmx6mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulation pins, bolts and nuts etc. ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 MM to 7/4.00MM diameter including binding etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mmx40mmx6mm (7.14Kg per meter) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pin etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/Steel tubular/rail pole etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100MMx110MM shackle3 insulator with G.I Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100MMx80MM pin insulator complete with G.I Spindle and nuts etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mmm diameter including binding etc. as required.
