Providing 112mm thick reinforced designation 100A brickwork fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9" x 4.5" x 3") in C.M. (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including the cost of screening carriage of material scaffolfing raking out joint to 15mm depth curing taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement ) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 35mm thick solid core type decorative double leaf flush door shutter with one sides teak decorative and another side commercial veneered with black board core bended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resin of standard make with Aluminium fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, handle, cleats and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm. dia. rods as per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less then 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622/ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 Coarse sand0, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with wite cement and matching pigments etc, complete Size of tiles 600 x 600 mm.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing rust , dirt, , scales , smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. ( Mode of measurement Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficient as indicated in building specification)

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.

Providing 250mm. wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 250mm. clear depth and 250mm. apron including cost of earthwork involved with 75 mm. ~ cement concrete (1:4:8) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base, the drain duly plastered in C.M.(1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Water proofing for old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flextble material brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating per manufacturer Specifications with following steps :-(a)surface preparation .-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing (loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage leakage. On identification of seepage cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika India Pvt.L.td.) MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixiti/ Fosroc or equivallent. Providing and reparing of all Corner and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with 150Mrn X 150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic pc?' lymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent.,Befor 'Chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar-including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.(b)lst Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitiot.is material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet.Wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller . After 1st coat of application , 45 gsm of Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat shOUld be applied @1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurer-11609-1'e entire treated surface will be measured." (c) 2nd Coat :-To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified read to use, flexible cementtiOus material right angle to the 1st. coat over the glass fibre laid surface: 2nd coat-,should be applied @ 0.7 Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." After three days of drying the 2nd coat , the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing.
