Dismantling fencing / steel barbed wire of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hold fasts, bed blocks & like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed..

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm/12mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm bot not exc 10cm long and dia of neck not less than 10mm complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires 50mm x 50mm mesh size made out of 4mm dia GI wire including provision of binding wire directed by Eng in charge and approved By GE complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) as in handles of man hole covers & similar works including necessary cutting etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on walls all as specified & as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : - Kota stone shall be of size 550mm x 550mm (minimum) when brought at site.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete, all as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated plastered/ concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of priming paint all as specified & as directed.
