Comprehensive Consultancy for Providing Architectural Design Services details requirements of project as follows: A) Preliminary design stage: 1) Preparation of drawings after taking dimensions at site 2) Conceptual planning and preparation of general layout / preliminary plans showing alternative plans incorporating various requirements like reception/ registration and waiting area, counsel cubicles, triage, O.T (minor/ major), pre O.T, autoclave, X-ray room, wards, nursing stations, administration / accounts area, linen/ eqpmnts and other storages, misc. utilities, on duty nursing staff accommodation etc. Optimum utilizing of spaces and existing accessories/ gadgets/ furniture etc shall be important Design criteria. 3) Revisions in plans after discussions with Department ( PWD and Health) incorporating the requirements furnished and changes suggested. B) Design Approval Stage : 1) Preparation of Final Design plans of all the areas for taking approval of such from client. 2) Finalizing the specifications (and samples) of the materials and finishes of various items of works and thus preparation of schedule of finishes. 3) Project report emphasizing the design concepts and execution methodology and phasing details while hospital’s functioning gets least affected during execution. 4) Preliminary cost estimate of project. C) Detail Design : 1) Preparation of Detail working drawings listed below:- a) Working plans- Civil Renovation and Interior layouts b) Internal elevations c) False ceiling designs d) Flooring pattern plans e) Semi permanent structures construction details f) Internal partitions details g) Doors windows details h) Toilet renovation details i) Furniture along with built in cupboards details j) General Electrification layout scheme (plan) as per furniture layout k) Plumbing services plans 2) Preparation of Detail Estimate along with details of measurements and analysis of rates for civil, plumbing and furniture works for Tender process.
