Supply,laying testing and commissoning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) LT Cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of size 230x115x75 mm to cover LT underground cables , laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for protection pipe along with nuts bolt washers or laid in trenches under roads complete all as specified and directed .

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under min 0.5 to 2 m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Weather proof flat three core industrial flexible cable conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm for connection of lights to Pole Box, after dismantling old one complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC conduit 20mm dia fixing to pole from JB to security light complete incl fixing arrangement to pole with the help of 03 pairs of clamps and nut bolts all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of Pole mounted Junction box with terminals of size 140 x 140 x 79 mm ,made of high quality thermoplastic polycarbonate, dust & jet water proof, chemical, acid corrision, impact IK-09, insulated & shock proof IP 66, grey RAL 7035 color with internaly embedded gasket (PUR) , along with cover and metric knockout all sides including back of the base must including terminals 4Nos including fixing arrangement with MS flat of size 40X4mm , nuts , bolt and washers and MCB SP 6-32 Amps 01 No including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board "out-door type" of size 900 mm (height) x 1000 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI type tested with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable & 4 side slanting canopy on roof top. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole / strut etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I complete all as specified and directed.Note:No extra payment will be for the earthing strip of size 32x6 mm.
