Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (un reinforcement ) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for chanels/drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8(40 mm graded stone aggregate ) type D-2 as in sub base of flooring/ paver block etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour sand filling (sand cushioning) under column foundaion & for interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking glossy/ lacquer finish paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness including 2mm thick rubber mould glossy/ lacquer finish paver block of Grade M-35 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm and below stone aggregate ) as in kerb stone etc factory made as approved by EIC with plane fair faces including chamfering, weathering etc complete with joint to match in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new kerb stone or plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick machine cut, Granite stone slab (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, windows, cills, cup board shelfs etc and like in cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing and making mould on edges including cutting and holes for WHB complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No-9 above but Granite stone slab of 15mm thick for skirting etc and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 backing coat complete all as specified and directed
