Construction of pre-cast RCC boundary wall at the Maa Shakumbhari Devi Residential Scheme, Naveen Saharanpur

Precast Boundary wall with 2100 mm high wall above Ground Level Providing, laying and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete (RCC) boundary wall comprising precast RCC posts of Minimum size (150 mm × 150 mm x 2700mm) and precast RCC panels of Minimum 50 mm thickness, 300 mm height and 2100 mm to 2400 mm length, manufactured with M-25 grade concrete, reinforced with Fe-500 TMT bars/prestressed steel wires, including excavation for foundation of size 600 mm × 600 mm × 600 mm, providing and laying plain cement concrete bed at the bottom, placing and erecting precast RCC posts and providing RCC footing around the posts, including casting, curing, loading, unloading, transportation, hoisting, alignment and fixing in position complete with all leads and lifts as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation and incidental charges complete, but excluding GST as applicable.
