SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF CI PIPE LINE TO DI PIPE LINE OF 200 MM DIA FROM FILTER HOUSE TO JAKATHALA POWER HOUSE OF RANGE SOURCE AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT DSSC WELLINGTON

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in Hard/Dense soil and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified & directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in Hard/Dense soil all as specified & as directed

Removing excavated meterial of Hard/ Dense soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & as directed

Taking up/down carefully unserviceable CI pipe (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and joints connections from the trenches for 200 mm all as specified & as directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends,of 200 mm dia centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:- Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Relaying of DI /CI pipe line spigot and socket ends/ flanged type in trenches /on the ground or/ on supports above the ground level and connecting up including rubber gasket of 4mm thick with adhesives and nessary bolts & nuts,washers with jointing and testing of any length of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for taking out run lead joint of 200mm bore CI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Ductile Iron fitting confirming to IS 9523 K 12 ,suitable for pipes of class K 9 upto 200 mm bore such as bends (any type of radius and angle ) tappers any type ,(straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch.Y junction double branch Cross collars caps Plug, mechanical joints etc including rubber gasket joints & testing complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , fillings, mass concrete, supports etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Construction of Brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900 x 900 x900mm, with 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 foundation, 230mm thick Brick work using sub class 'B' briks in CM (1:4), rendering in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound on internal surfaces of wall /floor and external walls upto 150mm below GL, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary form work and provision of MS sheet chamber cover of thickness 4mm with 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm Angle iron frame fixed with the chamber using 4 Nos hold fasts made out of 50 x 6mm flat iron of suitable length fixed with handle made of 10mm dia MS bar suitably welded of 200mm length and locking arrangement including painting over MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete and including dismantling the old valve chamber all as specified and as directed .

Taking down old unserviceable air release valves of Dia 200 mm.

Taking down old unserviceable Cast Iron Non Return Valve (Reflux Valve) of Dia 200 mm.

Taking down old unserviceable Cast Iron CI sluice valve of Dia 200 mm.

Taking down old unserviceable Cast Iron CI sluice valve of Dia 100 mm.

S&F cast iron Air release valves of size 200mm with two air outlets and fixing up the same in DI/cast iron water supply mains complete including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing to Cast Iron Non Return Valve (Reflux Valve) of size 200 mm ISI Mark, flanged ends, Swing type Design as per IS : 5312 Part - I, type PN 1.6, ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts wahsers etc including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Suply and fix CI Sluice valve of size 200mm with steel spindle bronze gate & seating rings , both sides flanged & drilled confirming to IS 14846 -2000, type PN 1.6, ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts wahsers etc including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Suply and fix CI sluice valve of size 100 mm with steel spindle bronze gate & seating rings, both sides flanged & drilled confirming to IS 14846 -2000, type PN 1.6, ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts wahsers etc including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel framed work such as bracing, fabricated frame works, supports, clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E 165 all as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and as directed.

Excavating road /Hard Standing/PCC etc by JCB etc 1 mtr wide and n.exc 2 mtr depth for taking down/ laying/relaying of pipe line etc returning filling in and finishing the top surface after laying/ repair etc of pipe work with PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 to a minimum depth of 300mm over dry mix concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 to a minimum depth of 600mm over rammed earth to suit the site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed .

Labour only for cutting of cast iron pipes exc 100mm n.exc 250mm dia for insertion of tee for branch connections and valves etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Fittings shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.
