Taking down chowkhat or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth , wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
