PROVISION OF COMMON TIOILET FACILITIES FOR LADIES AND GENTS AT THE GROUND FLOOR AND PROVISION OF AC HOLES AT CERTAIN SMQS AT AF STATION JAIPUR

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, Straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cuto to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bing with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secring with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L use and waste of form work to sides and soffits floor and roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete M-20 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, joint free, 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, joint free, in vertical surfaces 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone slab (table rubbed and polished) as on shelves/cooking plateform over and including like cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
