GENERATING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

Horizontal Shaft Double Jet Pelton Turbine to deliver 250 kW, 1000 RPM at generator terminals, each comprising of shaft, runner, casing, Nozzle, Deflector assy., servomechanism, bearings, oil pressure unit, drainage/dewatering system and cooling water system including all other accessories.

Synchronous Generators 315 kVA (250 kW), 1000 RPM, 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ + 3% class 'F' insulation, brush less excitation terminal equipment i/c all accessories.

Generator / Turbine control panels including protection, metering and control system, all indicating instruments, switches etc. for 2 Nos. units (Incoming & Outgoing Panels) with provision for synchronization of the power house with the grid.

Electronic Governors including electronic cabinet complete in all respect and suitable for above generating sets complete with all accessories.

Main inlet valves with Expansion Joint each capable of handling rated discharge at gross head and suitable for fixing on penstocks.

AUXILIARY EQUIPMENTS AND GENERAL SERVICES OF POWER PLANT

1.1 kV Switchgear complete with Power Contactor, MCCB's, bus bars, indicating/ measuring instruments, CT's, PT's cable boxes, protective relays, operating isolators, switch fuse units etc.

LTAC Station Service Board i/c bus bar, MCCBs and MCBs of adequate capacity and sub distribution boards complete with all accessories and arrangements.

Float cum Boost Battery Charger Panel 24 VDC, 20 Amp (main and stand by), including 12V, 150AH, VRLA Battery.

1.1 kV Power Cables XLPE type.

Power & Control Cables as required.

Tripod with chain pulley (3-ton capacity) as required.

Lighting in Power House, Switchyard & Appurtenant work.

Fire Protection System for Power House and Switchyard (Fire Fighting as per IS).
