Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting only with power roller 8 to 12 tonne including filling in hollows and depressions which occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified and directed

M&L Moorum red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rolled using vibratory roller including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required . The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Laying and compacting 150mm thick in two layers 75mm each (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with motor grader and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for cement concrete 100mm thk type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including compaction using tandem vibratory roller all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, thickness of floor 250mm thick mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic polyester fibre reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement, including compaction using mechanical vibrators complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Synthetic fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 2. The vertical edge concrete of the side of the joint shall be treated with a coat of lime wash before adjacent bay is concreted.

Supply only polyester triangular synthetic fibres reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork with steel channel sections to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.5km but n exc. 5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) including taking down existing fan and shifting to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase, 230V of size 300mm sweep , 1400 RPM with, blades, frame and louvers including taking down existing fan and shifting to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase, 230V of size 450mm sweep , 1400 RPM with, blades, frame and louvers including taking down existing fan and shifting to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc. including taking down existing heater and shifting to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for items 15 to 18: The quoted rates are inclusive of (a) Labour charge for dismantling the unit, loading into the contractor's vehicle and unloading at MES Store. (b) Transportation charges. (c) Making good by plastering properly, painting in the site location for the damage caused during the dismantling and shifting process, if any.
